Patience

The sun’s light slowly creeps up across the Atlantic and my vision of each wave rolling ashore improves.

I walked north towards the little town center 5 blocks away where a handful of pubs, shops, coffee houses, and scrappy motels cater to visitors still asleep.

Only a few fishermen hoping for joy during the short September snook season and other beach walkers interrupted the early search for a bird’s breakfast in the golden glow of the rolling shallows.

With each wave the sun rose higher, the beach grew brighter and things got better

And so it is with this blog. My initial attempts at adding some conversation required registration which meant emails and down the rabbit hole of complexity we fell. After finding everyone’s requests in the dumpster I did some research. Apparently I now need some magic dmarc and other DNS settings otherwise all my emails would go into your email server’s spam filters.

And so they did

All of your attempts to register have failed into the spam bin of doom for now. Please be patient.

Like the rising sun that never fails, we will eventually get thru all these little challenges together and in a few days you can get fancy notifications when there’s new photos and updates.

I can’t wait to tell you about Henry’s big breakthrough today! We had so much fun.

But that will have to wait for now, I have to hang a mirror and then figure out these stupid server settings.
